Christina Nielson

CEO

Christina Nielson is the President of Corcapa 1031 Advisors and has exclusively focused on Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) /Tenant-in- Common (TIC) investments and 721 UPREIT investments for 1031 tax-deferred exchanges since 2004. She works closely with national investor clients to find solutions which meet their investment objectives. Christina has helped investors close over 1,000 transactions in her 21-year career – for clients residing in 30 states. Corcapa 1031 has offices in Southern California as well as New York City to serve clients throughout the United States.

Ms. Nielson is a General Securities Principal (Series 24 Registration) along with holding the Series 7 and Series 63 Registrations. Additionally, she is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, a member of the Alternative Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) and was nominated for the ACE Award, the industry’s honor for Registered Representatives. Christina also holds the Certified Realty Investment Associate (CRIA) designation given by the Real Estate Investment Association of California (RIAOC) and is an active member an invitation only national network of trusted advisors.

Christina Nielson holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business and Technology from the EDHEC/Theseus University in Nice, France attained while on a Rotary Ambassadorial commission to Mougins, France. EDHEC is often ranked #1 for finance of all European Business Schools. Ms. Nielson graduated Phi Beta Kappa in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University. She has also lived in Brussels, Belgium and in Caracas, Venezuela. Christina currently lives in Orange County, California with her husband and two sons that read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.

Mark Koch

Vice President

Mark Koch is the Senior Vice President of Due Diligence and has been with Corcapa 1031 Advisors for over two years. He is tasked with analyzing and synthesizing all the data that comes with each DST, TIC and Direct Offering available to our clients.

Mark graduated with honors from California State Long Beach University in Communication Studies, competed in debate and also took many courses in computer science, math and physics. He worked full time throughout his university studies as both an internet salesperson and ultimately as a finance manager at Mercedes Benz of Long Beach where he learned about analyzing credit, negotiating with banks and meeting sales objectives.

Mark Koch has been an independent real estate broker licensed by California’s Department of Real Estate for over nine years. He has personally invested in over fifteen alternative real estate investments over the past ten years, allowing him an insider’s look into the sponsors and their performance. In his free time, Mark especially enjoys travel and landscape photography.

Henry Nielson Koch

Biology undergraduate student at UCLA that founded a nonprofit organization, Empower Education, to supplement educational material at primary schools nationwide, and creates educational content for YouTube channel Henry Nielson.

Truman Nielson Koch

Advisory Board

Truman is a high school student athlete who competes as a Lacrosse goalie and has been working with non-profits over the past 3 years.  His experience includes running the Business Committee for Empower Education, active LaCROSSe Out Cancer​ Ambassador, and administration for The Best is Yet to Be.
